Remember the chocolate peanut butter no bake cookies from childhood? EDGE bars offer the same great taste and are great for a pre-workout snack or just a mid- afternoon energy boost. These bars will stop cravings and give you necessary protein and carbs. They are very easy to make and pack well for travel. Why pay $2/ bar when you can make a WHOLE BATCH for almost the price of one commercial bar.

EDGE BARS
- 1.5 cups quick oats
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/8 cup butter
- ¼ cup Agave
- 2 T cocoa powder
- ¼ cups almond milk
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 scoops of EDGE Whey Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein
Melt butter, cocoa, peanut butter, almond milk, and agave in a saucepan. Stir until smooth. Combine oats, chocolate chips, and EDGE Whey Protein in a bowl. Add melted sauce and mix until combined. Turn mixture onto parchment paper or a Silpat mat. Form into a square about ½ inch thick approximately 6x6 inches in size. Using a 2inch circular cutter, cut out shapes until all mixture is used. It may need to be reshaped to use all the batter. Refrigerate 30 minutes to set and then store in an air-tight container in fridge.
