This is absolutely my “go to” breakfast. It is easy to put together for on-the-go or at home. I prefer to use frozen fruit for a take-a-long meal because it keeps the yogurt cold and creates an almost frozen treat. Edge Whey Protein mixes easily into your favorite yogurt to create a variety of options for a meal or snack.
Here are two different recipes for a lower and higher nutritional goals.
Edge Yogurt Protein Bowl To Go:
- 295 calories, 46g Protein,
- 15 carbs, 5g fat
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 scoop EDGE Whey Protein
- ½ cup sliced frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
¼ cup granola
Edge Power Protein Bowl 698 calories, 50g Protein, 80g carbs, 21g fat
1 cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 scoop of EDGE Whey Protein
1 tablespoon chia seeds
6 frozen cherries
¼ cup of sliced almonds
1/3 cup of frozen mixed berries
¼ cup of granola
